Customer Claim Policy

  •         100% claim for products that are being damaged within 10 days of their purchase date.
  •         The discounted product will not qualify for a 100% claim.
  •         If the product is damaged by the customer intentionally then 100% claim will not be given to customer.
  •         In case the product is repaired it should be handed over to the customer within 3 to 7 working days.
  •         All repaired products will be sent directly to the customer's address; therefore, it is essential for the store manager to obtain the customer's contact number and address.
  •         Repair discount voucher will not be applicable on discounted product.
  •         If the customer is dissatisfied with the article, exchanges will not be permitted.
