Exchanges or Claims

Unused Product can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase subject to intact original condition and upon producing original receipt. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.

Refunds

We have a 'Refund' policy on COD. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases and depends upon the mode of payment.
  

Online Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive the shipment confirmation via email, which contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Exchange/Claim Policy' will apply.

Buyclassy may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors etc.
